At Kristy Beke, we take pride in offering high-quality natural hair treatments and products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below:
1. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for hair treatments and opened products.
- Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Refunds
- We do not offer cash refunds. However, store credit may be provided for eligible returns.
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
3. Service Refunds
- All hair treatment services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, we are happy to offer adjustments within 72 hours of your appointment.
4. Cancellation Refunds
- Deposits for appointments are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled service if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
