1. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for hair treatments and opened products.
• Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Refunds

• We do not offer cash refunds. However, store credit may be provided for eligible returns.
• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

3. Service Refunds

• All hair treatment services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, we are happy to offer adjustments within 72 hours of your appointment.

4. Cancellation Refunds

• Deposits for appointments are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled service if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
