1. Booking an Appointment
- Appointments can be scheduled through our website, social media, or by contacting us directly.
- A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is finalized.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
3. Late Arrivals
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
4. No-Show Policy
- Clients who do not show up without notice may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
5. Payment & Deposits
- Some services may require an advance deposit to secure your slot.
- Payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
