1. Booking an Appointment

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our website, social media, or by contacting us directly.
  • A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is finalized.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

3. Late Arrivals

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who do not show up without notice may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

5. Payment & Deposits

  • Some services may require an advance deposit to secure your slot.
