Enroll in our KB transformative 5-week Summer Braid Camp to kickstart your journey from a beginner to a master professional braider. Our mentoring class focuses on teaching youth the art of becoming professional hair braiding stylists, providing them with a valuable skill that lasts a lifetime. Registration for the 2024 5-week summer camp opens on January 15th, 2024.
Program Highlights:
- Techniques include precision patterning cornrows, box plats, two strands twists, stitch braids, knotless box braids, single box plats, Locs installation crochet braids, marketing, and more.
- Class Dates: June 17th to July 15th, 2023 (Monday-Thursday), 9:00 am – 2:00 pm (5 hours each day) with early drop-off at 8:00 am for working parents.
- Students receive a KB Beauty box Supply Kit (including mannequins), (must complete all 5-week), Uniform, Braid Camp Shirt, 1-on-1 Instruction, 5 weeks of Hands-on Training with job placement assistance, Business and marketing Blueprint, Access to an Online Community, Certificate of Completion
